Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Nailberry Acai Nail Elixir customer survey prize draw terms and conditions 

We would like to thank you for taking part in our customer research survey on Acai Nail Elixir. All information collected by us is stored on a secure server and covered by our Privacy Policy. 

This survey is operated by NBY London Ltd. By completing the survey you agree to be bound by these Terms so please read them carefully. We reserve the right to amend the Terms at any time by posting changes online. As a Participant, it is your responsibility to review the Terms to ensure that you are aware of any changes made and that you agree to them.

The prize draws is open to Participants resident in the British Isles and aged 18 or over.

Employees of NBY London Ltd or any associated company, their agents, immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible for entry into any prize draw.

The prize draw covers the time period from the date the email is sent to 11:59pm on Sunday, 29th December 2024. All survey responses collected from customers eligible for participation within that time period will be eligible for the prize draw. Any attempt by a participant to obtain more than one entry / entries by using multiple surveys, email addresses, or any other methods will void that participant's entries, and that participant may be disqualified at Promoter's discretion.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the prize draw. 

There will be five winners (the "Winners") selected after the prize draw time period has ended from all of the valid submitted entries to the survey. Each winner selected will receive a £50 value Nailberry gift card to spend at www.nailberry.co.uk

The winners will be randomly selected via secure, online random name generator software and the prize will be emailed to the winners via email within 14 days of the prize draw taking place. It is the responsibility of each prize draw participant to ensure that they are able to accept prizes as set out and in accordance with these Terms. In the event they are unable to do so, we reserve the right to re-award the prize to another eligible Participant.

The name of the prize draw winners may be obtained by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to “Nailberry Acai Nail Elixir Customer Survey Prize Draw, NBY London Ltd, Studio 5.17, Grand Union Studios, 332 Ladbroke Grove, London, W10 9XA." within 30 days of the prize draw closing date.

All prizes are non-transferable and there is no alternative (cash or otherwise) for any prize in whole or part save that We reserve the right to provide a prize of equal or greater value if a named prize is unavailable for any reason.

Entry into a prize draw constitutes each Participant’s acceptance of these Terms and the survey specific prize draw terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to amend these prize draw Terms and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants. We reserve the right, to exclude an entry to any prize draw for failure to comply with any of these Terms.
